Video Growth Engine™ · Done-for-you growth for home-service pros
So don't. The Video Growth Engine™ is the whole thing done for you — the video, the photography, the Facebook and Instagram ads, the follow-up — keeping booked local jobs on your calendar. Nothing for you to write, shoot, post or manage. You run the business. We keep the pipeline full.
No long-term contract. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

The real problem
You built something that works and you know it inside out. But marketing is not what you do — and it shows. Between the jobs you are also the marketer, the editor, the ad manager and the one chasing leads at 9pm. Sound familiar?
No time to post — let alone run real, structured ad campaigns
Every hour on marketing is an hour not running the business, or an hour of your night
Boosting the odd job photo and hoping something happens
Nobody owning video, ads and follow-up as one system
Budget burned on agencies that overpromised and vanished
A pipeline that swings feast to famine, month to month
$1
In ad spend
$3–$5
In booked work
That range is the industry benchmark for well-managed local video and paid social — not a White Lens guarantee. What we do promise is a system built to aim at it, and the number on your dashboard every month so you can see whether it landed.
Real, not generic
Plenty of agencies now spin up AI clips and templated ads that could belong to anyone. That is not marketing, it is noise, and homeowners scroll straight past it.
Jerry White has spent thirty years and more than 500 videos behind the camera. Every video we run for you is shot on your jobs, with your crew and your customers — then backed by a CRM and follow-up system built to help you scale, not to rack up views.
One team owns the whole thing, so you never have to. And we are right here in Central Texas — not four states away with a rep in a call center. Your account is run by the person holding the camera, and that matters.
What we handle
You stay in control — you just stop doing the work. Every lead lands in one dashboard you can open any time, whether you already run a CRM or have never had one. You approve the direction; we build it, run it and tune it.
01 — Message
We work out what makes a homeowner choose you, and write it. You do not write a word.
02 — Video + photo
One shoot day produces both — video cuts and a set of photographs. No script to write, no camera to buy, no editor to chase.
03 — Ads
We build, launch and manage your Facebook and Instagram campaigns. You never open Ads Manager.
04 — Targeting
Budget goes to high-intent homeowners inside your radius — Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Round Rock — and nobody else.
05 — Follow-up
Every lead captured, replied to and chased, on a dashboard that shows your real cost per booked call.
06 — Terms
Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice, and the footage and ad account are yours. You stay because it works.
Why both
Video and photography do different jobs. You need the pair.
Video ads
They stop the scroll, show the work being done, and build recognition in feeds and reels — so a homeowner knows your name before they need you.
Photo ads
A clear static frame carries the offer and the proof without asking for eleven seconds. It is what converts the homeowner who is already looking.
One team, one invoice, one number to judge it by.
Where the money goes
Two things decide whether an ad budget works: how tightly it is aimed, and what happens to it after launch. Below, the actual targeting radius we build around your service area, and how we scale the creative — video and stills alike — that performs.
Hyper-targeted audiences
Your budget reaches homeowners who can actually book you — inside your radius, in the brackets that match the jobs you want.
Cut what fails, scale what works
Every ad earns its place, video and photo both. The ones that do not book calls get cut; the ones that do get more budget.
The part nobody else does
Your ad budget is never marked up.
You pay Meta directly, or we bill it through at cost. The management fee is the management fee. There is no hidden margin sitting between you and your own spend.
Curious what a working budget looks like for your trade?
What it means for you
Not impressions. Not engagement. The four things a $500K-plus contractor told us they actually wanted.
01
Leads arriving every week instead of whenever the phone happens to ring. You can hire, buy a truck, take a Friday off.
02
Cost per lead, leads per month, and which video produced them. On one dashboard, updated as it happens.
03
Homeowners see your face, your crew and your work repeatedly. By the time they need you, you are already the obvious call.
04
You are not writing captions at 10pm or arguing with Ads Manager. One shoot day a month is the whole ask.
This is the version of your business we are aiming at.
Run your own numbers
Work it backwards from the revenue you want: how many jobs, how many appointments, how many leads, and what those leads cost. No email required to see it.
One replacement or repair — the whole ticket for that job.
Together: about 3 in 10 leads becomes a paying job.
Otherwise we use the published benchmark cost per lead for your trade. It is a planning figure, not a quote — your ZIPs will price differently.

Projections, not promises. These are gross revenue figures before your own cost to deliver, and they assume benchmark lead costs hold — early on they usually run higher while the campaigns learn. The $1-in / $3–$5-back range quoted elsewhere on this page is a conservative industry benchmark, not a White Lens result.
We send these numbers with what we would actually run in your ZIPs. One email, no sequence.
Twelve months from now
Nothing about your work changes in either one. The only difference is whether anybody in Cedar Park knows you exist.
If nothing changes
Post when you remember to
Boost the odd job photo
Hope the next referral lands
Compete on price because nobody knows your name
Guess which month will be slow
With the engine running
A new video every month, on your jobs
Structured campaigns running continuously
Leads arriving on a schedule
Chosen before the call because they already know you
A cost per lead on the dashboard
The second one starts with a thirty-minute call.

What clients say
Every quote here is real and attributed.
“Jerry is not only one of the most professional video pros around — they truly learn and care about our business. That’s allowed us to grow our brand with several amazing videos.”
“White Lens exceeded our expectations. The video was the highlight of the night — everyone loved it, and we finally felt our donors really got us.”
“Jerry is an outstanding content generator with a magic touch for extracting important concepts from customers before driving home the production. He will blow you away.”
“I needed someone I could trust without being there in person. Jerry was a pro — right equipment for camera and audio, made the subject comfortable, delivered exactly the shot needed, quickly.”
Where the risk sits
A guarantee only means something if the number in it is specific. So we set one together on the first call, in writing, based on your trade, your budget and your market.
Agreed on the strategy call before any money moves. Specific to your trade, your radius and the budget you set.
If we miss the agreed target inside the first ninety days, we keep working the account at no additional charge until we do — for a defined period we set out in the agreement.
No twelve-month lock. Thirty days' notice and we hand over the footage, the ad account and the tracking. It is your property.
What we will not promise is a revenue figure. Anyone who guarantees you a dollar amount from advertising is guessing, and you should ask them how. We guarantee the work and the lead target — the rest depends on how you close.
Ask what a realistic lead target looks like for your ZIPs.
What you are actually getting
Most contractors try to hire this piece by piece — a video person, an ads person, a web person, a CRM nobody ever finishes. Here is what each plan includes, and what those pieces cost bought separately.

Talk to Jerry →Ad budget is separate, goes straight to Meta or Google, and is never marked up. For founding clients we put $1,000 to $2,500 a month toward it for the first two months, depending on tier. The à-la-carte figures are typical 2026 rates for buying each service on its own — they are not what White Lens invoices line by line.
Questions
If yours is not here, text 737-379-3081 and Jerry will answer it himself.
Capacity
A shoot day is a real day, so that is the ceiling — and we will not run two competing contractors in the same trade and territory. Founding slots are open now, which is why the foundation build is on us. Once your trade and your ZIPs are taken, they are taken.
Book the call
We look at your market, your best jobs and what your competitors are running, then tell you what a working budget and a realistic lead target look like. If it is not a fit, we will say so on the call.
